1. Vendors: 34 confirmed (24 paid, 8 balance due, 2 in exchange for donations)
17 have expressed interest by have not confirmed
Vendor space available: 40
Gina will check with hotel about this # and alternatives if we have more
1. put in Basket room (put the 2 who are exhibiting in
exchange for donation)
2. Sponsor a speaker with mention in program
3. Sponsor a luncheon
4. Sponsor bags
Deb will contact the 17 vendors who have not confirmed to let them know that space is limited and what their options are
Gina will also check with hotel re: vendor set-up/ breakdown
Need to send confirmation letter with final information and create floor plan
Include copy of vendor floor plan in program binder
What do you get for the money?

$750 these vendors will be listed in program
Deb will contact vendors to ask what they want put in program and
if they have any give-aways for our bags
2. Registration: have @60 at this time
need to send e-mail confirmation (Faye will do with this batch)
copy registration and checks send checks to Phyllis (Barb will do this –
Deb going on vacation)
Name badges print big enough for everyone to easily see

3. Education: CECH application approved as were CEUs for EMTs
13.75 maximum for RNS (14 for EMTs)
hand out certificates at end of each session
have evaluations for individual speakers and for program

need to make sure that powerpoint presentations will work in the laptops
hotel will supply podiums
