Our current CDs matured on Dec 4th |
They were renewed by laddering. Research done by Joan Cooper-Zack to find best rates. A suggestion had been made at the November SC meeting to investigate Money Markets. We bank at Bank of America and the CD rates (with laddering) were better than the money market funds |

Shirts and gift bags for State Leaders conference |
Faye will give silk screening logo to her “shirt guy” to set up template, then those who wish to buy shirt to be used at Leadership, NERS, and National may do so. Information will be available on-line and will be sent to SC and NERS comm. members Working on gift bags and would appreciate assistance We will probably bring things to the Feb SC meeting and have a gift bag filling party |

Government Affairs Conference in January – |
Each state allocated one spot at conference – ENA will pay for 2 nights of hotel as well as all but 1 meal Julia Rodriquez is our new GA comm. chair and she would like to attend |
We will support her to go by paying travel expenses and meals for up to $500 Robin will let Julia know; she has already sent required information to Kathie Ream |

Deb has already received some inquiries about registering, when will hotel rooms be blocked |
We will put together an information flyer that Deb can send to people inquiring. Need fee, event, room and schedule information Robin doing publicity and recently sent out “Save the Date” to list serve, NE State presidents. Will have flyer for Leadership and will be sending to NE hospitals. Will also be in JEN, Connections and on ENA web site Deb will speak with Deb Pentecost about the registration role and responsibility |
