Agenda and list of delegates were emailed to the group prior to the call for review.
There is one delegate slot left. All of the delegates this year have participated in past assemblies. The group was asked to suggest one additional person to participate. Robin reports a gentleman from another state, not a Mass ENA member has asked to be a Mass delegate but this is not appropriate.
There are 5 people interested in being Directors. There are 5 positions open. Deb Delaney declines running again.
Carlene Kincaid has stepped forward to run for Treasurer, Barb Foley may also be a candidate
Laurie Raymond has stated she will
run again for Secretary. Robin asks could we discuss changing the bylaws to a 2
year position as one just learns the role and the term is up. George advises
this is not allowed by
The vote must take place prior to the national meeting. We should announce the winners at the September state council meeting.
Robin agrees to get the ballots out shortly.

Conference calls have been taking place. Speakers are in the process of being set up. Logos are not yet completed, group is waiting for some input from ENA.
September meeting will be a mandatory meeting for a delegates going to the general assembly.
November meeting will be a daytime
